SAP Operator

Responsibilities

- Procurement Processing: Create and handle Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and Service Entry Sheets (SES).

- Inventory Control: Record material receipts, issues, transfers, and monitor stock levels to aid site planning.

- Data Maintenance: Maintain master data including material codes, vendor details, and cost centers.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with procurement, finance, stores, and site execution teams to verify documents and close pending transactions.

Requirements

- SAP Module Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) or SAP PS (Project System).

- Data Accuracy:



Solid attention to detail for processing high-volume site transactions and invoice checking.

- Communication: Ability to coordinate smoothly with off-site commercial departments and on-site engineers.

- Experience: 8-10 years

- Worked with construction projects like commercial, retail, hotels, etc
