Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize SAP HANA database environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP HANA installation, administration, performance tuning, high availability, backup and recovery, migrations, and database security. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of mission-critical SAP HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, upgrade, and administer SAP HANA databases.
- Monitor database health, performance, and availability.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA environments.
- Configure and maintain SAP HANA System Replication (HSR) for high availability.
- Manage database backup, recovery, and restore activities.
- Execute database refresh, migration, and upgrade activities.
- Administer SAP HANA security, user management, roles, and privileges.
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and SSL.
- Manage SAP HANA XS services and related configurations.




- Perform capacity planning and proactive system monitoring.
- Automate routine database administration tasks wherever possible.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely incident resolution.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, SAP Basis, and application teams to ensure seamless database operations.
- Support Scale-Up and Scale-Out SAP HANA environments.
