Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Testing Specialist with deep expertise in SAP Automation and Tosca. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in designing, executing, and managing large-scale SAP testing initiatives, ensuring product quality and seamless business process validation in a hybrid work workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP functional testing initiatives across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).
- Design and implement automated test frameworks using Tosca and other SAP automation tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Drive end-to-end test planning, execution,



defect management, and reporting.
- Mentor junior testers and establish best practices for SAP test automation.
- Ensure compliance with product company standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP functional testing experience across multiple modules.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Automation and Tosca .
- Proven track record in test strategy, planning, and execution for product-based environments.
- Experience with hybrid work models and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
