Green Start Hiring: SAP Finance Functional Consultant (FICO) | SAP S/4HANA

Location: India (Onsite Prospect to Middle east)

Job Type: Contract (6 Months)

Notice Period: 30–45 Days (Maximum)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Functional Consultant (FICO) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP Finance, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects.

Note: This role may require onsite travel to a Middle East country based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
- Manage integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production support.
- Drive change management and user adoption activities.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and SAP best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in SAP FICO.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.




- In-depth knowledge of the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
- Experience in business requirements analysis and solution design.
- Strong SAP configuration and customization skills.
- Experience integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules.
- Strong testing, UAT, and production support experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects .
- At least 1 full implementation of SAP Advanced Finance modules (preferred).
- Strong client-facing consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in global implementation projects.
- Willingness to travel onsite to the Middle East when required.
