*Job Profile: SAP Data Entry Operator**

Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented SAP Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining precise data within our SAP system, which supports our manufacturing operations. This role is crucial to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data related to production, inventory, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management:

- Accurately enter and update data within the SAP system, including purchase orders, production details, stock movements, and other relevant information.
- Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

1. Reporting:

- Generate and distribute reports as required by various departments to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize reporting tools to extract data and provide insights into manufacturing operations.

1. SAP System Support:

- Assist departments with SAP-related tasks and troubleshoot minor issues within the system.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve any SAP-related problems.

1. Data Accuracy and Verification:

- Conduct regular checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.




- Implement data validation techniques to maintain high-quality data standards.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with production, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure data reflects current operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth data flow.

Qualifications:

- Experience:
- Previous experience in SAP data entry, particularly in modules related to production, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of data validation techniques and reporting tools.

- Personal Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor SAP issues independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a manufacturing setting or similar industry.
- Additional certifications or training in SAP or related ERP systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
