- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP CPI interfaces.
- Monitor SAP CPI iFlows and integration messages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface failures and errors.
- Analyze message logs and error logs.
- Handle support tickets and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Support integrations between SAP and third-party systems.
- Work with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, and HTTPS interfaces.
- Make minor changes and fixes to existing iFlows.
- Support message reprocessing and data correction.
- Coordinate with functional, BASIS, security, and business teams.
- Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and support documentation.
- Participate in production deployments and post-deployment support.
- Maintain regular communication and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Work on SAP CPI monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
