Position: SAP CC (Convergent Charging)

Experience Required: 10-14 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad , Chennai, Pune,Noida

Work Timing: Rotational Shifts (2 To 11)

Technical Skills

SAP Convergent Charging (CC) Expertise

- Provide expert-level functional consultation on SAP Convergent Charging (CC) for real-time and batch rating and charging of usage-based and subscription products.
- Design and configure charging plans, charged items, pricing logic, mapping tables and rating structures.
- Configure and maintain the Core Tool, charge plans, tables, and price parameters used in the rating engine.
- Design rating and charging logic for one-time, recurring, and usage-based charges including tiered and volume-based pricing.
- Integrate Convergent Charging with Convergent Mediation (CM), Convergent Invoicing (CI/FI-CA) and Subscription Order Management (SOM) for end-to-end usage-to-cash.
- Configure and manage master data replication between CRM/SOM and Convergent Charging.
- Perform performance tuning of the rating/charging engine for high transaction volumes.
- Troubleshoot charging discrepancies, rating errors and integration failures across the BRIM landscape.




- Prepare functional specifications and support end-to-end testing, cutover and hypercare.

Delivery Lead Experience:

- Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.
- Management and tracking of cross team/squad dependencies.
- Hands-on experience working on reporting and preparing presentations as part of WSR & MSR.
- Management and tracking of all high-integrity commitments.
- Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress.
- Works to minimize meetings and ceremonies, but when they are needed, they are well-run and effective.
- Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment. Encourages team trust and facilitates team building events.
- Where appropriate, coaches the teams to improve collaboration and outcomes (coaching is the primary responsibility of teams’ managers).

Qualification:

- Experience in telecom / subscription / usage-based billing models.
