SAP Concur Expense Consultant (Certified) | Implementation & Production Support

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Expense Consultant with an active CIP (Concur Implementation Partner) Concur Expense Module Certification . The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in SAP Concur Expense implementations, integrations, production support, configuration management, and global deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP Concur Expense implementations and production support activities.
- Manage multiple complex, global, multi-phased SAP Concur implementation projects following SAP Concur implementation methodology.
- Perform configuration, enhancement, and change request implementations within the Concur Expense module.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, imports, extracts, and interface processes.
- Configure and maintain travel allowances, expense policies, audit rules, and expense workflows.
- Resolve Concur-related incident tickets and provide timely support to business users.
- Conduct functional reviews and quality checks of configurations completed by other consultants.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets, incidents, requests, and change management activities.
- Support cutover activities including corporate credit card feed setup and validation.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP Concur Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Concur Expense Module .




- Experience in both Implementation and Production Support environments.
- Deep understanding of Primary and Secondary Configurations within the Expense module.
- Extensive knowledge of Audit Rules and policy configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Travel Allowance Configuration .

Integration & Interface Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of SAP Concur integrations.
- Experience with:
- Import/Extract Monitor
- SAE (Standard Accounting Extract) File Interface
- Interface troubleshooting and monitoring
- Feed validation processes

Configuration Experience
- Mileage Rate Configuration and Changes
- VAT Configuration
- GL Account Maintenance and Changes
- Expense Type Creation and Configuration
- Company Card Configuration
- Corporate Credit Card Feed Setup and Connectivity Validation

Support & Operations
- Experience resolving Concur issue tickets and production incidents.
- Experience implementing and managing change requests.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing platform.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in global enterprise environments.
- Ability to review and validate configurations completed by other implementation consultants.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

Experience Required
- 6+ Years of SAP Concur Experience (or as per business requirement)
- Proven experience in SAP Concur Expense implementations and support projects.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
