SAP CAR Planning - Offshore (Merchandise and Assortment Planning):

- Experience Required: 10 to 12 years Core Skill: SAP CAR Allocation Replinishment Planning Role Overview: The Senior Lead SAP CAR Allocation Replinishment Planning is responsible for delivering SAP implementation activities within the Functional stream, leveraging expertise in SAP CAR Allocation Replinishment Planning. The role ensures high-quality solution delivery aligned with project standards and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute SAP SAP CAR Allocation Replinishment Planning related tasks during design, build, testing, and deployment phases. - Prepare allocation, replenishment and POSDTA foundations to support forecasting and replenishment - Align with 3rd party and e‑com data needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery. - Support issue resolution, enhancements, and performance improvements. - Prepare documentation, test scripts, and deployment materials. Required Skills • SAP CAR Allocation Replenishment Planning • SAP S/4HANA (Retail template awareness) • CAR OPP/UDF/POSDTA concepts • Retail analytics forecasting/replenishment basics • Integration understanding (CPI/BTP, IDocs/OData basics) • MDG and master data governance awareness • Testing (SIT/UAT) cutover readiness • Stakeholder management documentation

- Experience Required: 10 to 12 years Role Summary: Define merchandise assortment planning for SAP CAR. Key Responsibilities: · Create assortment strategies aligned to seasons and promotions. · Align product hierarchy, attributes, and planning traits.



· Support Kuwait Pilot merchandising processes. · Prepare future-state CAR planning enablement. · Collaborate with buying, planning master data teams. Required Skills: · SAP CAR Merch Assortment · Retail Buying Planning · Seasonal lifecycle mgmt · Merch hierarchy skills · Assortment optimization

SAP CAR Allocation Consultant (OAA) - Offshore

- Experience Required: 8 to 10 years Core Skill: SAP CAR Allocation Role Overview: The Lead SAP CAR Allocation is responsible for delivering SAP implementation activities within the Functional stream, leveraging expertise in SAP CAR Allocation . The role ensures high-quality solution delivery aligned with project standards and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute SAP SAP CAR Allocation related tasks during design, build, testing, and deployment phases. - Draft allocation and replenishment policies per market/channel - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery. - Support issue resolution, enhancements, and performance improvements. - Prepare documentation, test scripts, and deployment materials. SAP CAR(MRP - Rapid Replenishment)

Replenishment Planning:

- Execute automated replenishment planning using SAP Replenishment Planning.
- Manage dynamic and static target stock determination with safety stock optimization
- Monitor demand influencing factors (DIFs) including promotions, seasonality, and local events
- Coordinate multi-echelon replenishment (MER) between stores and distribution centres
- Generate and process purchase requisitions, stock transport orders, and purchase orders
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Retail modules (MM, SD, LE) and SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR)
- Experience with SAP Forecasting and Replenishment or SAP Replenishment Planning solutions
- Knowledge of MRP procedures, reorder point planning, and time-phased planning
