- Troubleshooting & Defect Resolution
Good to Have
- Experience with high-volume usage event processing
- Knowledge of SAP BRIM end-to-end Quote-to-Cash
- Experience with pricing and product teams
- Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare experience
- Solid functional/technical documentation skills.
