Job Summary

We are looking for SAP Business One (SAP B1) Support Analyst/System Administrator with 6+ Years of experience to provide fractional support for our ERP workplace. The role will be responsible for user support, issue resolution, system maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement of SAP B1 processes.

Experience: 6+ Years | Job Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 support for SAP Business One users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1 issues across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Develop reports using SQL and Crystal Reports.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Coordinate with external SAP partners/vendors as needed.

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL; Crystal Reports experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
