We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell automotive and industrial lubricating oils in Rajkot and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, distributor management, and customer relationship building within the lubricant, automotive, or industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business by visiting garages, workshops, industries, fleet owners, retailers, and distributors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote the company's range of engine oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils, greases, and industrial lubricants.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product applications and benefits.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Ensure timely payment collections from customers.




- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of field sales experience in lubricants, automotive, industrial product.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of automotive and industrial lubricants will be an advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
