Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Madurai. The Salesperson will identify and approach potential customers, present solar solutions and panel products, and demonstrate how these offerings meet client needs.

Daily tasks include managing leads, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and reporting sales activities and targets to management. The Salesperson is expected to represent the company professionally,



stay informed about solar industry trends, and contribute to the growth of the business in the Madurai region.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Knowledge of solar industry products and solutions, particularly SMB, SCB, and LT Panels, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
- Basic proficiency in using computers and CRM or sales tracking tools for managing leads and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Previous experience in industrial, electrical, or renewable energy sales is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred, with relevant experience considered.
- Comfortable with local travel in and around Madurai and possession of a valid mode of transport is beneficial.
