Role Description This full-time, on-site Salesperson role is based in Bhogapuram. The Salesperson is responsible for engaging with customers in-store, understanding their travel and luggage needs, and recommending suitable Samsonite products.

Daily tasks include demonstrating product features, handling queries, processing sales transactions, managing inventory display, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role also involves meeting sales targets, supporting promotional activities, maintaining accurate records,



and collaborating with store and regional teams to deliver a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic retail operations skills, such as handling point-of-sale systems, cash transactions, and inventory checks.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhogapuram on a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Prior experience in retail, luggage, fashion, or consumer goods sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or commerce is an added advantage.
