Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Bhopal. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective clients, present educational services and solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing.

Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the sales system, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves meeting sales targets,



participating in local events or outreach activities, and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, with a customer-focused and consultative approach to sales.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in education or services.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Bhopal and traveling locally for client visits as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience, and the ability to work toward clear performance and revenue goals.
