Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Salesforce Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on Salesforce Administration and Development.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, live projects, and hands-on labs.
- Guide learners in preparing for Salesforce certification exams.
- Provide mentorship on real-world Salesforce implementation scenarios.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.




- Support placement activities through interview preparation and resume guidance.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration.
- Understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Visualforce.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in conducting online and offline training sessions.
- Salesforce Certification (Administrator/Platform Developer) is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce training or implementation.
