Position Summary
To be a driven business analyst who can work on complex Analytical problems and help the customer in better business decision making especially in Pharma (domain).
Job Responsibilities
• Translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs for LS Cloud / Health Cloud configuration and custom development • Lead and mentor a pod of 3–5 Salesforce developers; review code and declarative configuration • Own sprint-level build delivery: task breakdown, estimation, daily oversight, demo readiness • Configure LS Cloud / Health Cloud objects (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Care Program), record types, page layouts, security, and sharing • Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Platform Events • Implement LS Cloud features: HCP engagement, call planning, approved email, MedComms workflows, Agentforce agent build • Coordinate with integration,
data, and test workstreams on dependencies • Ensure build adheres to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and validation requirements • Drive CI/CD using Copado, Gearset, or SFDX with a Git-based source of truth
Education
Bachelor of EngineeringMaster of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer
Work Experience
0-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation & Technology
