Role Description The Salesforce QA role is a full-time, on-site position based in Zirakpur, Punjab . The individual in this role will design and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities include validating configurations and customizations, identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with developers and consultants to resolve issues, and ensuring overall platform stability and performance. The Salesforce QA skilled will also contribute to test automation where applicable,



maintain test documentation, and help define quality standards and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to ensure adherence to defined processes and standards.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar regulated-quality frameworks, and the ability to apply structured quality methodologies to Salesforce projects.
- Practical experience testing Salesforce CRM configurations, custom objects, workflows, and integrations is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with test management tools, issue tracking systems, and basic test automation concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
