Role Summary

- We are looking for a Salesforce Security BA with strong experience in business analysis, program governance, documentation, and operating model support.
- This role focuses on documenting, organizing, and operationalizing the Salesforce Security Monitoring Program.





Key Responsibilities:
- Document monitoring taxonomies, detection catalogs, and governance frameworks.
- Create and maintain repositories, inventories, SOPs, playbooks, and runbooks.
- Develop executive presentations, roadmaps, and program documentation.
- Capture workshop outcomes and stakeholder decisions.
- Support governance, communication, and operating model initiatives.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and security monitoring teams.

Required Skills:
- Salesforce Platform knowledge.
- Business analysis and documentation.
- Program governance and operating models.
- SOP, runbook, and playbook creation.
