Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer with 7+ years of overall experience and a minimum of 6 years of hands-on expertise in the nCino platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce and nCino-based solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC), platform customization, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.

Build and customize applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Configure and enhance nCino functionalities to support business requirements.

Develop scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with platform best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Translate business needs into technical designs and functional solutions.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues,



ensuring optimal system performance.

Support system enhancements, integrations, and platform upgrades.

Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of overall experience in Salesforce development.

Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with nCino.

Solid expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience in Salesforce platform customization and application development.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development best practices.

Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
