Looking for Salesforce Developer

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Design and implement Salesforce integration components aligned with Genesys and Maven-driven interaction flows.
- Support Service Cloud Voice connector behavior, screen-pop optimization, agent assist triggers, and CRM logging where applicable.
- Configure or develop Salesforce objects, APIs, flows, Apex, and integration interfaces as required by agreed scope.
- Enable customer profile, interaction history, open cases, entitlement data, and case summarization context for agents.
- Coordinate sandbox testing, release governance, validation rules, and deployment alignment with SFDC platform teams.
- Support integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and production readiness validation.
- Create and maintain operational and support documentation.
- Salesforce development, Apex, LWC/Lightning, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, Service Cloud, integration patterns, release governance.
- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
