Job Role: Salesforce Data 360

Exp: 5 Years

Key Responcebilities:

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce Data360 (or equivalent CDP) experience.

- Hands-on expertise with Data360 features: Data Streams, DLOs/DMOs, Calculated Insights, Segments and Activation Targets.

- Robust understanding of data modelling, data architecture principles, ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration patterns.

- Solid knowledge of identity resolution, deduplication and unification logic.

- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, Apex and SOQL for platform-level development and debugging.

- Experience with Salesforce CLI, SFSC DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management for sandbox and deployment automation.

- Familiarity with Einstein AI and Agentforce capabilities including flows, actions, topics and secure data access patterns.

- Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling, version control (Git) and release management practices.
