Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.

Design and develop product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval processes.

Support and implement end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.

Configure and manage CPQ capabilities including product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, amendments, and renewals.

Develop solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization features, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce Lightning.

Integrate Salesforce CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Proactively identify workstream risks and issues; resolve them or escalate them to engagement/account leadership.

Participate in deployments, enhancements, troubleshooting, production support, and system performance optimization activities.

Prepare effort estimates, technical designs, and solution documentation based on business requirements.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.

Demonstrate strong project discipline and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

Understand emerging Salesforce technologies and industry trends and apply them to address client needs.

Key skills required: 6+ years of overall Salesforce experience with solid hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ.

Ability to understand business requirements and prepare effort estimates, solution designs, and technical documentation.

Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Demonstrated project discipline and experience with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet established timelines.

Ability to troubleshoot CPQ issues, identify root causes, and optimize system performance.

Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation and development best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams and contribute to client deliverables.

Desired Qualifications: 6+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, with significant hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.

Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations.

Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is preferred.

Experience with Salesforce Billing, Revenue Cloud, or Subscription Management will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Salesforce DX is preferred.

Agentforce experience will be an added advantage.

Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed institute.

Strong communication, analytical, client management, and problem-solving skills.

Location and way of working: Base location: PAN India

Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations, based on business and client requirements.
