About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud , enabling organizations to create unified customer profiles, drive audience segmentation, and deliver personalized experiences across marketing, sales, commerce, and service channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for customer data unification and activation.
- Configure Data Cloud objects, data streams, identity resolution rules, and calculated insights.
- Build and maintain Customer 360 profiles across multiple business channels and systems.
- Configure and manage data ingestion from CRM, marketing, commerce, service, and external enterprise applications.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and source systems using APIs, ETL tools, MuleSoft, Informatica, or other middleware solutions.
- Create audience segments to support marketing, sales, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, design workshops, and client engagements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Data Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate closely with architects, data engineers, business analysts, marketers, and Salesforce consultants.




- Manage end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications

Education

- MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.

Experience

- 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer data platforms, or offshore-onshore delivery environments.
- Prior experience in a professional services organization, consulting firm, or Big 4 environment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with global clients and managing complex project deliveries.

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) .
- Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- ETL/ELT development experience.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of customer data management, identity resolution, and identity stitching.
- Experience with data integration tools and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Informatica is a plus.
