Sales & Tender Management (Deputy Manager/ Manager)

The ideal candidate is a motivated and well-organized individual with a strong understanding of tender management, responsible for managing aftermarket sales and service activities while meeting customer requirements with high efficiency.

Required qualified Experience: Prior experience in handling commercial activity.

Experience in customer service or related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates from the Railway industry will be preferred. Experience working with the IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System) and/or GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal is highly desirable.

Main Tasks:

- Managing the full lifecycle of tenders – including opportunity scanning on Portals, preparation of CBC & related documents, pricing, costing and timely bid submission, and post-bid follow-ups including participation in negotiations as and when required,



ensuring timely submission of PBG & POA and all associated correspondence.
- Handling comprehensive Pre – and post tender coordination.
- Internal Coordination - Sales, System Engineering, Finance.
- External Coordination – Zonal Team & Customer.
- Verbal & Written communication with Customer.
- Communication with customer through verbal & written channels to ensure clarity & amendments.
- Ensuring timely submission of bid, BQ & associated correspondence under tight deadlines.
- Providing prompt support to zonal teams for tender finalization & contract execution.
- Maintaining detailed bid records including preparation and regular updating of MIS Report & Other related AMC/OVH report and documents.
