About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive who can convert walk-ins and leads into memberships while delivering an excellent customer experience. Whether you're experienced or a fresher with robust communication skills, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

- Convert walk-in inquiries into memberships

- Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp

- Explain membership plans and ongoing offers

- Conduct gym tours for prospective members

- Maintain daily lead and sales records

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Handle customer queries professionally

- Coordinate with trainers and reception staff

- Build long-term relationships with members

- Participate in promotional activities and events

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident, presentable,



and self-motivated

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business is preferred

- Sales experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is an advantage

- Ability to work on weekends and rotational shifts
