Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Telecaller role based in Durgapur.

The Sales

Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Maity Innovations’ digital services, understand requirements, and generate qualified leads. The role includes explaining service offerings, answering basic product queries, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. Daily tasks involve maintaining call records in CRM or spreadsheets,



following up on leads, and meeting call and conversion targets.

Telecaller will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine call scripts, share customer feedback, and support overall revenue growth.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.

Basic understanding of digital services such as digital marketing, website design, or mobile app development.

Ability to handle outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, and work with simple CRM or lead-tracking tools.

Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.

Comfort working with daily targets and performance metrics.

Proficiency in English and local/regional languages as relevant to the market.

Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Prior experience in telesales, call center operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Reliable time management skills and the ability to work on-site in Durgapur.
