Team Lead – Distribution Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Team Lead – Distribution Sales Representative to lead our distribution sales team and drive business growth across South India. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, distributor management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the distribution sales team.
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Conduct regular field visits and support the sales team in closing business.
- Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience in Distribution Sales or Field Sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in distributor and channel partner management.
- Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel across South India.
