5-8 Years (Automobile Industry Preferred) Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.

Support the team in customer handling and deal closures.





Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
