We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our high-performing sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives and Academic Counsellors.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, conversions, and productivity through CRM and MIS reports.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, call monitoring, and performance reviews.
- Support the team in handling objections and closing high-value admissions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's Degree (MBA is an added advantage).
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
