- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Loan Sales Executives / Telecallers

- Drive achievement of monthly loan login, approval, sanction, and disbursement targets.

- Allocate leads to team members and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.

- Monitor daily sales activities, including calls, leads contacted, applications, login, approval, and disbursement.

- Track the complete loan sales funnel from lead generation to disbursement.

- Identify bottlenecks in the process and take corrective action to improve conversion.

- Conduct daily huddles and regular performance reviews with the team.

- Provide coaching, product training, objection-handling training, and sales guidance to team members.

- Ensure proper customer profiling and eligibility assessment before processing loan applications.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Banking, Verification, and other internal teams for smooth processing.

- Follow up on pending documents,



credit queries, verification, and sanction conditions.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC requirements, compliance standards, and responsible sales practices.

- Monitor team attendance, productivity, performance, and individual targets.

- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS and performance reports with management.

- Analyze team performance and implement strategies to improve login-to-sanction and sanction-to-disbursement ratios.

- Ensure quality sourcing and minimize rejection, cancellation, and delinquency-related risks.

- Recruit and support the onboarding and training of current sales team members when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
