Position: Sales Supervisor

Department: Retail Sales (babyshop)

Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily work of the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Guide the team to improve sales conversion and Average Bill Value (ABV).
- Promote membership sign-ups and Google reviews.
- Check product availability and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of retail sales experience (Baby, Fashion, or FMCG preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Excel.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
