About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team by handling quotations, order processing, customer coordination, documentation, and sales reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations to customers.

Process sales orders and coordinate with internal departments.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.

Coordinate with the production, purchase, dispatch, and accounts teams.

Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.

Handle customer inquiries through phone and email.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.

Track pending orders and ensure timely execution.

Maintain proper documentation of all sales activities.





Assist in payment follow-up and customer communication.

Provide administrative support to the sales department.

Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Electrical, Industrial, or Trading companies preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period up to 30 days preferred.
