Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Staff member will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and guide them through the fragrance collection to help them identify scents that match their personality, occasions, and lifestyle. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features, demonstrating fragrance notes and longevity, recommending suitable options, and supporting customers in making confident purchase decisions. The role also involves maintaining store presentation, managing stock levels, processing sales transactions,



and updating customer records.

The Sales

Staff will collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and provide feedback on customer trends to improve the overall in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand diverse customer preferences.
- Sales and retail experience, including consultative selling, upselling, and working toward individual or team targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Interest in fragrances, beauty, or lifestyle products, with willingness to learn fragrance families, notes, and layering techniques.
- Basic computer and POS operation skills to handle billing, inventory updates, and customer data entry.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends and peak retail hours, with a reliable and professional work ethic.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred; training will be provided for motivated early-career candidates.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
