As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping a customer’s first experience with Propsoch. This is not a transactional sales role — we are looking for someone who understands consultative selling, can build trust with customers, and has the maturity to navigate nuanced buyer conversations. You will work closely with our Advisors and Research teams to understand buyer intent, qualify opportunities, and ensure customers are connected to the right advisory support.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective homebuyers through calls, follow-ups, and consultations
- Understand customer requirements including budget, lifestyle preferences, timelines, and investment intent
- Qualify and nurture high-intent leads before routing them to Advisors
- Drive consultative conversations instead of push-based selling
- Share relevant project information, pricing, brochures, and market insights with customers
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and timely follow-ups
- Maintain detailed lead updates and customer interactions within the CRM
- Stay informed on market trends, inventory movement, builder launches, and customer sentiment
- Build credibility and trust with customers through thoughtful guidance and communication
Who This Role Is Ideal For
- Professionals with 0–3 years of experience in consultative B2C sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communicators who can build trust and manage customer conversations with maturity and empathy
- Individuals who are proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple high-intent leads
- Experience in SaaS/Fintech sales is a strong plus
- Candidates interested in advisory-driven selling, customer experience, and real estate
