Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South at Sujay's Dental Care. This role is responsible for engaging with patients and prospective patients, explaining services, and guiding them through treatment options to support patient conversion and retention.

Day-to-day activities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, following up on leads and appointments, maintaining patient databases, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experiences.

The Sales

Specialist will also support local marketing initiatives,



help organize patient education and outreach activities, and provide training to team members on sales and customer engagement best practices. The role requires consistent on-site presence to collaborate with the dental team and deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive patient conversions, meet targets, and manage follow-ups.
- Experience in Training team members or colleagues on sales techniques, service standards, or patient engagement.
- Prior experience in healthcare, dental, or clinic-based sales is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru South and manage time efficiently in a busy clinical environment.
- Working knowledge of basic computer tools and CRM or patient management systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is desirable.
