What You Will Do

- Voice of the Company: Communicate with customers and potential customers to drive revenue and build lasting relationships.
- Outreach: Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Listen carefully to customer needs, answer inquiries via email, and demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Relationship Management: Create and maintain a database of customers, while staying informed about competitors.
- Strategic Sales: Upsell and cross-sell offerings, qualify recent leads, and close sales to achieve ambitious targets.
