Its core product, AUMY, is an AI-driven growth platform that captures and books inquiries 24/7, automates patient follow-ups, optimizes ads based on real bookings, and improves clinic visibility on Google. The solution is fully connected and operated as a managed growth partner rather than a standalone tool.

AUM AI’s systems are already live in clinics, with one dental clinic reporting 20–25% growth within the first 2–3 months, and the company is a member of NVIDIA Inception. In addition, AUM AI designs and builds AI, data, and product solutions end to end for healthcare organizations.

Role Description The Sales Specialist will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity, focusing on driving adoption of AUM AI’s solutions among dental and aesthetic clinics. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting product demos, and clearly communicating how AUMY addresses revenue leakage and improves clinic growth.

The Sales

Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and proposal development to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales pipelines,



collaborating with customer success and product teams on client feedback, and ensuring a high standard of customer service during and after the sales process. The role also includes training clinic teams on effective use of the platform and contributing to sales strategies that support regional growth targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation ability and skilled interpersonal interaction.

Customer Service and client relationship management skills to ensure a responsive and supportive experience for clinics.

Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a B2B or healthcare-related environment.

Sales Management skills such as pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.

Training skills to onboard clinic staff and explain product features and workflows effectively.

Familiarity with healthcare, dental, or aesthetic clinic operations is highly beneficial.

Comfort working with technology products, ideally AI or SaaS solutions, and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, with readiness for local travel to client clinics as needed.
