We’re building an RO startup focused on helping dealers and entrepreneurs launch and grow their own water-purifier businesses. We’re looking for an ambitious sales professional who wants to work closely with the founder and help build our partner network from the ground up.

This role is open to interns, freshers and early-career professionals. We care more about communication, ownership and execution than impressive qualifications.

What you'll do:

- Identify RO dealers, distributors and aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Generate leads through research, outbound calls and networking.
- Explain our products, pricing and business opportunity.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations and sales discussions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Handle objections and assist in negotiating and closing orders.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth payment, production and dispatch.
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat orders.

You will be a good fit if:

- Communicate confidently in Hindi/ English.




- Are comfortable making outbound calls and approaching recent people.
- Can handle rejection and continue following up consistently.
- Are organised, target-oriented and accountable for results.
- Want meaningful responsibility—not merely a job title or certificate.
- Are excited about joining an early-stage business and growing with it.

Previous sales experience in RO products, appliances, electrical goods, distribution, dealer acquisition or B2B sales is useful but not compulsory. What you will get?
