Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home.
The Sales
Specialist will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct product demos, and present Courtly’s tournament management and consumer platform to federations, clubs, venues, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals,
and negotiating contracts to drive new business and account growth. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing post-sale support, and collaborating with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
The Sales
Specialist will also gather market feedback, participate in training sessions, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, such as conducting product walkthroughs, supporting onboarding, or guiding sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Understanding of or interest in racquet sports and sports technology is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from New Delhi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
