Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Reply to all incoming leads from social media and WhatsApp quickly.
- Customer Engagement: Build trust and share product details through chat messages.
- Sales Conversion: Turn interested buyers into paid customers.
- CRM Operations: Update lead statuses, notes, and follow-up dates in the CRM daily.
- Follow-Ups: Track cold or pending leads with scheduled reminders.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales, tele-sales, or chat-based customer support.
- Platform Skills: High comfort level with WhatsApp Business and major social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working with a CRM software.
- Communication: Solid writing skills with a polite and persuasive tone.
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
