We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting property investment opportunities, conducting site visits, and closing sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project features, pricing, legal documentation, and investment benefits.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate deals and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and post-sales support.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
