Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients—understanding their requirements, presenting Carpeno’s offerings, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and walk-in clients efficiently.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines for interior projects.
- Present Carpeno Interiors’ design solutions, packages, and value proposition clearly.
- Coordinate with designers and project managers for proposals and estimations.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Interior/Architecture background is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (interior design, real estate, or allied industries preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Client-centric mindset with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and close deals within timelines.
- Basic understanding of interior design processes is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for site visits and meetings.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
