About the Role

Biotecnika is looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a Life Sciences background who are passionate about communication, relationship building, and contributing to business growth.

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will engage with prospective students and professionals, understand their career aspirations, recommend suitable training programs, and guide them through the enrollment process while helping achieve organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs and services.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective learners and professionals.
- Conduct online and offline presentations to explain program benefits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist them throughout the enrollment journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Stay updated on Biotecnika's programs, products, and industry developments.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Only candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree are eligible.
- Final-year students or candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech , or related science disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
