Job Purpose:

Source and disburse Commercial Vehicle Finance business (MHCV/CV-WC/UCV/LCV/Branch) in assigned locations to meet targets.

Responsible for business development in specific segments and locations.

Identify clients, dealers, and extend loans by engaging stakeholders (Dealers, Branch channel) to achieve monthly business targets.

Develop cross-sell business as per agreed targets.

Manage PDD for disbursed cases.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Sourcing:

Generate business in various sub-segments of Commercial Vehicle finance.

Source business from open market, Dealers, and branches.

Collaborate with Branch Banking teams for business enhancement and relationship development.

Focus on cross-selling Liability, CASA, Fastag, Insurance, and other opportunities.

Manage channels like SURU (Bharat) centric channels (CSC, KGC, Semi Urban and Rural branches, SLI).

Penetrate market intermediaries and Semi Urban and Rural markets by building relationships with business channels and manpower in these geographies (SURU).





Provide market-specific intervention to front-end teams for effective business delivery.

Manage disbursement & renewal documentation for all new/existing cases.

Loan Disbursement:

Manage the complete cycle of a case from login to disbursement.

Handle disbursement & renewal documentation for all new/existing cases and provide end-to-end services to sourced customers.

Respond timely to queries for smooth processing.

Manage and retain existing working capital book.

Conduct Churning & TOD account MIS analysis regularly.

Housekeeping and Other Responsibilities:

Track and close deferrals and PDDs.

Manage delinquency by following up with delinquent customers and those with unpaid interest/EMIs regularly.

Perform any other tasks assigned by seniors.

Create call memos & reports for every customer by visiting each at least once per quarter and updating records.
