We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Sales Officer with 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating leads, building strong customer relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about projects.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking and documentation.




- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
