Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate background with proven experience in the garments manufacturing industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

· Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

· Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

· Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, apparel brands, buying houses, exporters, retailers,



and other stakeholders within the garments industry.

· Lead branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives across appropriate channels.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and management presentations.

· Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and senior management to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

· Represent the company professionally in meetings, client engagements, and business development activities.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
