We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions and company franchise opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products and business opportunities to customers, closing sales, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through calls, social media, field visits, and referrals.

Explain the perks of solar systems to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Present franchise opportunities to interested entrepreneurs and investors.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.

Conduct product presentations and business meetings.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers or franchise partners.

Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Coordinate with the installation and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills





Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of solar products and renewable energy.

Ability to build customer relationships.

Confidence in presenting products and business opportunities.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Sales experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Working Hours: 10.30 to 7.30

Monday to Saturday (timings as per company policy).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
