Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Chhatral. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for seamless tubes and pipes, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s product range to target markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing quotations,



coordinating with production and quality teams on customer requirements, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The position also includes participating in customer visits, trade interactions, and market research to strengthen brand presence and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive business growth and manage the sales pipeline.
- Experience in Training sales or customer-facing staff on product knowledge and service standards.
- Background in industrial or B2B sales, preferably in steel, tubes, pipes, or related engineering products.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and standards (ASTM, BS, DIN, IS, EN) and explain them to customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Capacity to work in office in Chhatral and travel to customer locations as needed.
