We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, and wholesale outlets within the assigned territory.

- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.

- Take product orders and ensure timely order processing.

- Collect payments from customers as per the company's payment terms.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent service.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Promote new products, schemes, and promotional offers.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to the reporting manager.





- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.

- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and sales reporting.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

- Ability to travel extensively within Bangalore.
